Marije Pathuis-Wahle is a Women’s Excellence Coach at the Women’s Academy, an NLP practitioner, food coach and a personal trainer. After years of neglecting herself, feeling miserable and exhausted in an unfulfilling job, Marije decided she needed a major change in her life. And that’s what she did. She took back her power and changed her body, her wisdom, her space, her wealth and relationships. Now she helps other women unlock their excellence, reach their full potential and do their part to make the world a better place.

Marije’s core belief:

“When we empower women, we grow love. When we grow love, we create peace. When women are listening to their deeper knowing, they know what is good for humanity and the world. They access that ultimate power of creation.”

In this episode, Marije shares her journey from “a very bad place” to a thriving life, using her full potential to make a difference.

Quotes and Highlights:

“If you’re in a very bad place, you have the catalyst to change.”

“I changed my beliefs and shifted my mindset from telling myself that I can’t change to telling myself that I can change.”

“If I want to change my life, I need to have the energy and feel good physically. So I changed my body by eating healthier stuff”

“When you change your health – your body – you gain so much clarity.”

“I can do something that I love and I can make money doing it.”

“I’d gone through change in my life before, but this time was different because I knew WHY I needed to change.”

“A lot of women aren’t doing what they love because they’re not listening to themselves – they are more worried about what other people may think of them and how they will judge them.”

“My mission is to empower women to listen to their inner voice and trust themselves.”

“All your habits, decisions and what you’re doing in your life have to do with your beliefs.”

“Sometimes you have to get rid of some friendships because they’re actually blocking your progress in pursuing the life that you love.”

“When you want to make a change in your life, you have to have a holistic approach and look at all areas of your life instead of focusing on one thing.”
