In this episode, I talk with Carly Evans, the founder of Coach Carly and Phoenix Transformation. Carly lives in Perth, Australia with her fiancée, step son, bulldogs and carpet python and spends her days helping others to transform their lives through life coaching, energy healing and teaching Reiki.
Carly and I discuss the challenge of putting your life back together after major events or trauma such as divorce, depression, having children and other events that can alter your life. She offers insight and tips to help you stop surviving and start thriving.
We also talk about limiting beliefs – where they come from and how to change the way you think so you can change your life.
